At Inn Heaven, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, innerwear products are generally not eligible for return once delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof

Customers must provide:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Package Photos

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if:

• Product is unavailable after order confirmation
• Replacement cannot be provided

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
